CLA - (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

CLA, Conjugated Linoleic Acid, is a dietary supplement, containing 1000 mg Clarinol-A. This is TWICE the strength of many other brands and guaranteed to give 800mg of CLA.
The body is not able make CLA which, like other EFAs such as Omega 3, must be obtained from the food we eat. CLA is found in beef, cheese and other dairy products, foods which are missing or restricted in calorie controlled or vegetarian diets.
Derived wholly from plants, Clarinol-A is a widely recognised natural source. Be wary of brands which use non-specific sources without a standardised CLA content.
