Our Customer Charter is the public expression of our commitment to our customers. We are committed to meeting and exceeding our customer expectations (care standards) and providing you with the best quality service.

This Charter is for you - our Customer.
We acknowledge these as being Your Rights. Our Customers' Rights state clearly how you can expect to be treated when you contact us.

We believe that you, the customer, have the right to:

• be treated with respect.
• ask for what you want or need.
• express your own values, opinions, personal feelings and ideas, which may be different from ours.
• make mistakes or change your mind.
• ask for more information when you don't understand what we are trying to communicate or display.

Security is a top priority for us. Our security covers all your transactions. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your Internet connection to our servers.

Delivery charges
Normal delivery charges are: £2.95 for each order to be delivered to a UK address, and £6.95 for international orders. However, we regularly offer free delivery on orders over £20 in our promotions.

Prices
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT in the UK/EU. Prices shown are exclusive of delivery (shipping /postage and packing) costs.

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. In normal circumstances it will take approximately 7 - 10 working days for delivery within UK.

Changing an Order
At any given time if you need to make any amendments to your order, prior to its dispatch from our warehouse, kindly contact our Customer Care Department on :

If the alteration does not require your credit card number, you could e-mail the details to us at info@bs4health.com

Please include the order number or your customer number to ensure accuracy.

Damaged goods
We will replace at no extra cost any goods received damaged, if you notify our Customer Care Department.

Returns Policy
Returning merchandise is easy. On the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with our product, kindly call our Customer Care Executive on 0800 6341448.

Please send the unused bottles or packs to us within 30 days at the following address:

On receipt of the same we shall refund the money during the guarantee period (less P&P).

Website Security
Your credit card details are safe with B&S House of Health. We want our customers to feel completely confident when buying from us over the Internet. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. This is the industry-standard security protocol, and it's used by our web site to communicate with secure browsers like Netscape and Internet Explorer. This prevents anyone else from reading the details of your credit card. In addition to this, after your order has been transferred to our processing system all credit card details are removed from the secure web server. Finally, our sales order processing system and internal network is protected by the latest firewall technology.

If for any reason you do not wish to use your credit card to make payment, you can click on the option to print it and send it by post instead with a cheque or postal order.

Terms & Conditions:

Orders for products from our website are accepted on the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of website information: we have used every effort to ensure that information on our website is accurate. No warranty is however given as to the accuracy of information provided.
2. Product description: we will endeavour to ensure that any variation in the specification of the products does not adversely affect the performance of products supplied. Price and availability of products are subject to change and we reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale or to correct any error on the website without incurring any liability.
3. Order confirmation: a contract will be formed between us on our sending an e-mail confirming your order to the address provided by you.
4. Price and payment:
   1. . The price payable by you will be the price of the product as advertised on our website at the time of acceptance of your order; except in the case of manifest error when the provisions of paragraph 2 above will apply.
   2. Prices are quoted inclusive of Value Added Tax at the applicable rate but exclude the cost of delivery.
   3. Payment will be made by credit card when we accept your order. Any refunds payable will normally be made as a credit to your payment card.
5. Delivery: Your order will normally be dispatched within seven days of receiving your order. Overseas delivery times will vary and you should allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will let you know promptly if a product is out of stock and we will suggest an alternative product where possible. Normal delivery charges are: £2.95 for each order to be delivered to a UK address, and £6.95 for international orders.
6. Order cancellation: Orders may be cancelled up to twenty-eight days after delivery. You must return the product to us unused and with the original documentation (as sent with each parcel). You must provide written confirmation of your order number and an explanation of the reason for cancellation. Delivery costs of returning any product will be payable by you, unless due to error on our part. We will credit your credit card promptly or issue a refund.
7. Liability: Liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage from use of the products is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
8. Privacy: We will add your email address to our mailing list for news and special offers when you place an order with us. From time to time we may make details of our customer database available to carefully vetted third parties who may be of interest to you for marketing purposes. If you wish to remove your address, please send an email to info@bs4health.com and check that "remove from mailing list" is in the subject box.
9. Law: English law will apply to the contract between us and the English courts will have jurisdiction in the case of any dispute.
10. Prescription Only Products: Restrictions apply on the supply of Prescription Only Products in many territories. It is your responsibility to check with the authorities before placing orders for products if you are unsure as to their status.
