When we launched B & S back in 1999, we set ourselves a target:
To develop and build a company which should be recognised for its
professional ethics, for its quality , transparency and value for
money products and a company which cares for its customers.
Our aim then was, and still is, to provide high quality products
at affordable prices based on what the customer needs and not what
we need; in short provide true value for money.
And now, after seven years of successful mail order business, we
can say that we have succeeded. Thanks both to our expanding and
loyal customer base and the B & S team whose job it is to put
the whole thing together month after month.
B & S sources its materials from the highest quality and renewable
sources; our processing and manufacturing systems more than comply
with the best in British standards.
Our communications team in the UK work tirelessly to bring you
the products you want at the prices you have come to expect.
B & S are not the cheapest but our value for money product range
is among the best in the market; nor are we based 'off-shore' and
therefore able to make claims which cannot be substantiated! We
rely on word of mouth and the many letters of recommendation and
praise we receive from our customers. We are all well aware that
the medical profession frequently recommend that their patients
take Glucosamine and Chondroitin for arthritic conditions and, we
all know that there are a number of studies being undertaken in
the UK and the USA which in one case, proved that Glucosamine and
Chondroitin was more effective than prescribed medication in relieving
pain in arthritis. But we can't 'claim' that it does.

B & S also try hard to inform you; we research and provide
information on a wide variety of ailments and conditions - these
short publications are free - all you need do is to ask our friendly
order team when you call us.
Another avenue of our innovative approach to supplementation is
our introduction of the 'synergeous' pack; for example, our in-house
Research & Development team know that certain products taken
in conjunction with others can have a more beneficial effect on
the body; for example; our Senior Vitality Pack - a very popular
combination of four of our highly popular supplements - Glucosamine
Sulphate, Omega 3, Odourless Garlic and Super MultiVitamins &
Minerals. Not only does this combination help you, it also saves

Whilst on the subject of customer service, at B & S, we have
a trained team of Customer Care specialists who will, from time
to time, call you to make sure that the service we give you is 'up
to scratch'. We may also call with information about a new product
or to remind you that you may need to re-order your favourite product
We're also constantly searching for new products to bring you;
one of our latest is 'Celadrin' either on its own or with Glucosamine.
We've brought in Liquid Glucosamine in various flavours - much easier
than swallowing tablets. A higher strength Glucosamine so that you
get the correct dosage in line with current dosage guidelines. Creams
for your eyes, joint products for your pets and MultiVitamins for
the children - all part of the B & S drive to be ahead of the

Terms & Conditions:
Orders for products from our website are accepted on the following
terms and conditions:
1. Accuracy of website information: we have used every effort
to ensure that information on our website is accurate. No
warranty is however given as to the accuracy of information
provided.
2. Product description: we will endeavour to ensure that any
variation in the specification of the products does not adversely
affect the performance of products supplied. Price and availability
of products are subject to change and we reserve the right
to withdraw any product from sale or to correct any error
on the website without incurring any liability.
3. Order confirmation: a contract will be formed between us
on our sending an e-mail confirming your order to the address
provided by you.
4. Price and payment:
i. The price payable by you will be the price of the product
as advertised on our website at the time of acceptance of
your order; except in the case of manifest error when the
provisions of paragraph 2 above will apply.
ii. Prices are quoted inclusive of Value Added Tax at the
applicable rate but exclude the cost of delivery.
iii. Payment will be made by credit card when we accept
your order. Any refunds payable will normally be made as
a credit to your payment card.
5. Delivery: Your order will normally be dispatched within
seven days of receiving your order. Overseas delivery times
will vary and you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
We will let you know promptly if a product is out of stock
and we will suggest an alternative product where possible.
Normal delivery charges are: £2.95 for each order to
be delivered to a UK address, and £6.95 for international
orders.
6. Order cancellation: Orders may be cancelled up to twenty-eight
days after delivery. You must return the product to us unused
and with the original documentation (as sent with each parcel).
You must provide written confirmation of your order number
and an explanation of the reason for cancellation. Delivery
costs of returning any product will be payable by you, unless
due to error on our part. We will credit your credit card
promptly or issue a refund.
7. Liability: liability for any direct, indirect or consequential
loss or damage from use of the products is excluded to the
extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights will not be
affected.
8. Privacy:we will add your email address to our mailing list
for news and special offers when you place an order with us.
From time to time we may make details of our customer database
available to carefully vetted third parties who may be of
interest to you for marketing purposes. If you wish to remove
your address, please send an email to info@bs4health.com and
check that “ remove from mailing list “ is in
the subject box.
9. Law:English law will apply to the contract between us and
the English courts will have jurisdiction in the case of any
dispute.
10. Prescription Only Products: restrictions apply on the
supply of Prescription Only Products in many territories.
It is your responsibility to check with the authorities before
placing orders for products if you are unsure as to their
status.
